Location flexibility:This role has the option of being based out of our GTA, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver or anywhere in Canada. 

What you'll create and do

As an Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Execute Data Conversion: Utilize Workday Advance Loads, EIB’s, and iLoads to transfer data from legacy systems.

Analyze source data and advise clients with the mapping, cleansing, and validation of data.

Share and collaborate effectively with others.

Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.

Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly.

Follow risk management and compliance procedures.

Keep up-to-date with developments in area of specialism.

Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in the materials produced.

Build and maintain an internal and external network.

Seek opportunities to learn about how PwC works as a global network of firms.

Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. 

Help the customer and systems team test the Workday solution.

Support knowledge transfer and educating customers on the Workday solution.

Support data gathering workshops and manage PwC project data teams.

Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.

Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.

Analyse complex ideas or proposals from multiple sources of information and learn to build a range of meaningful recommendations.

Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's/client's expectations.

Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.

What you'll bring to this role

An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work.

A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives.

A Finance/HR or Technology background.

Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.

Ability to learn the Workday tools within the development environment.

Experience using ETL tools like PowerBI, Alteryx, SQL or equivalent.

Excellent Excel skills.

Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills.

Must have a passion for learning and an obsession about figuring out how things work.

You are passionate about everyone’s success.

ERP experience is beneficial.

Bilingual French/English spoken and written is considered an asset.
