Job Description
- As part of the Watch & Fine Jewellery Division within the most creative and inspiring Maison, you will report to the Marketing Manager, working in collaboration with both the wider W&FJ team and the retail teams.
- You will support the Marketing team in daily marketing activities and be responsible for key pillars of its implementation across a diverse array of areas: from product, client experience, reporting, analytics to retail support.

CLIENT & PRODUCT DATA ANALYSIS:
- Design and produce dashboards/reports to provide in-depth analysis of clients’ behaviour and spending patterns, in order to feed functional action plans (Retail, Marketing, Communication etc.)
- Answer to ad hoc requests to provide insights; this involves manually extracting, sorting, merging, aggregating and filtering datasets
- Support Marketing team by fulfilling data analysis needs as requested; product related BI extracts including trends, product launch impacts on category, top selling references
- Continue to improve processes of producing client insights by working on reporting automation
- Extract CRM lists for specific client treatments, campaigns & events
- Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to ensure the team’s reporting needs are met.
CRM:
- Arrange planned W&FJ emails into the UK Region (Canada & UK) CRM calendar in collaboration with Fashion & F&B to make sure there are no crossovers
- Brief the emailing agency including preparing the briefs, sending over the creative and ensuring test emails are fully tested for all links & signed off in a timely manner
- Coordinate and brief in all assets with web designer for each campaign
- Benchmark competitors’ and retailers’ emails
- Deliver monthly reports on performance
- Maintain calendars and processes such as 3 division calendar and weekly tracker
- Maintain strong relationships with UK region counterparts & assist on regular meetings
- Support team by preparing presentations, calendar meeting management and assisting on global reporting requests
OPERATIONAL SUPPORT:
- Promotion Budget follow up: coding of invoices & monthly follow up with Marketing Manager
- Creation of new supplier accounts with Finance team
- Responsible for weekly Retail/Marketing admin
- Upload all imagery from ADBox onto Marketing team shared drive and creating Product Files for the Retail team on an ad-hoc basis
- In charge of content translations on a weekly basis.
EVENT COORDINATION:
- Local Events: gift ordering, photo holder designing, transfers from Croydon, HJ end-of-year VIC gifts coordination
- HJ Local Events: prepare event book, assist with guest list & invitation process (insert, calligraphy, postage)
- HJ International Events: Invitation process (insert/calligraphy), assist with personalised program bookings (activities, flowers, make-up etc…), agency coordination for VIPs, supporting with product catalogues.

- Excellent computer and excel skills, accuracy, and attention to detail (pivot tables, VLOOK ups, etc).
