Our company leader of Vehicular Hoist products, is seeking experienced Welder Fitters for our facility in Ancaster, Ontario.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Interpret engineered drawings to fabricate a variety of custom structures.
• Working with Fixtures to tack & weld a variety of Product Lines
• Working with Supervisors to promote Continuous Improvement
• Fitting and Welding Product to a high standard of quality in workmanship and be able to fit to tight tolerances.
• Must be able to work effectively and efficiently promoting growth and value as a team player.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Completion of High School, Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• CWB Certification and or Welder Trade Certification with a  3+ years experience.
• Fitting Experience a strong asset.
• Must have knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures within the welding industry
• Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawing specifications, structural drawings and welding symbols
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Must have experience working safely with all standard Material Handling tools, tooling and machinery in the fabrication industry.
• Practices safe work procedures and follows all health & safety regulations
