Our client, a global freight and logistics company, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their busy team.

Duties will include:

• managing staff work activities, KPI's and training requirements
• ensuring the smooth operation of the division on a daily basis
• oversee inventory management
• ensure client SOP's and KPI's are adhered to
• overall responsibility for team H&S
• client interaction and reporting when necessary
• liaising with internal management team
• troubleshooting any issues that may arise throughout the day

• will have recent, proven experience in a similar role
• is passionate about their team and manages in a way that brings out the best in them
• has a strong familiarity in the supply chain process
• is highly motivated to achieve company-set performance targets
• is confident using a variety of computer programmes
• has a hands-on management style and leads by example
