What you'll be doing:

• Achieving productivity and customer service levels whilst ensuring the department is cost effective

• Determining the future of the Warehouse to meet the growth requirements of the business

• You will be responsible and accountable for Goods In to Goods Out ; Stock Control and accuracy of the warehouse operation

• Managing the RDC in the absence of the General Manager and Warehouse Operations Manager

What you'll need:

• Is able to make critical time pressured decisions with the assimilation and interpretation of data quickly

• With Senior management experience of managing large teams preferably in a FMCG company

• Experience working in a management role in Distribution / Warehouse environment with knowledge of working with warehouse management systems

• Extensive knowledge of Health and Safety legislation

• Experience of dealing with full disciplinary procedures according to ACAS guidelines
