Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

  • Work independently to pick, pack, put away and ship orders.

  • Progress in your warehouse career from Packer to LTL Order Picker on day shift.

  • Progress in your warehouse career from Handstack Breakdown to Order Putaway on night shift.

  • Get certified on multiple pieces of industrial equipment.

  • Contribute to our industry-leading safety record.

  • Report to Warehouse Management Team.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive warehouse environment.

  • Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.

  • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week (daily and weekend OT is available).

  • Attention to detail and good time management skills.

Warehouse Management Trainee:

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

  • Master Uline's inbound and outbound warehouse manager operations through an 18-month Rotational Management Program.

  • Participate in hands-on UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock, Transfers, Velocity, Inventory Control, QC and Maintenance department training.

  • Develop Warehouse Manager / Management skills by leading and motivating others.

  • Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse manager environment.

  • High-energy, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Willing to relocate (with support) to another Uline Warehouse location as needed.

Warehouse Manager:

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including: freight, returns, receiving, parcels and transfers.

  • Lead and develop warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.

  • Maintain high levels of accuracy in daily operations.

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Management experience required.

  • Knowledge of warehouse procedures.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Equipment experience preferred.

  • Performance metrics experience a plus.

  • WMS experience a plus.
