Job Description:

Position Summary:

This position provides inbound telephone customer support and determines the nature of the call or inquiry. This position communicates with internal/external customers on a daily basis via phone, fax, and email. This position inputs and processes shipments, domestic and international, in accordance with UPS and local government policies.

Start time: 11:30pm to 4:30am (3-5 hrs) Flexibility required

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Screens incoming calls.

Keys data accurately within time specific deadlines into UPS systems.

Checks and forwards legal documentation.

Provides administrative support to Management team

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills

Accurate typing speed of 30+ words per minute

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Availability to work flexible shift hours

Requirements:

Must be able to lift and lower up to 70 lbs repetitively throughout the shift.

Full availability to work Monday to Friday (start and finish times may vary depending on work volume) in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Communication skills

Microsoft Office skills

Ability to type 30 WPM with a 90% accuracy rate.

Warehouse experience is an asset.

Good attention to detail

Ability to deal well with a fast-paced and highly time-sensitive work environment

Please note that the warehouse may get hot during summers and cold during winters.
