About the position

Reesby are seeking an experienced Waiters, Waitresses and Food Servers/Cook to join our client a busy Turkish Restaurant in Melbournes CBD. You will be required to prepare fast-food wraps and kebabs, chips and other items.

Flexible Roster

Cook responsibilities are:

• Setting up workstation with the necessary equipment
• Prepping minor ingredients to use for cooking
• Utilizing different equipment (cooker, grill, etc.) deep fryer
• Monitoring stock/inventory
• Preparing exquisite dishes
• Ensuring that the working environment is properly sanitized
• Ensuring meals are prepared properly

Cook requirements are:

• Experience as a Cook

Preferable if anyone speaks Turkish * Familiar with cooking utensils

• Familiar with the different kinds of cooking procedures
• Good communication skills
• Excellent team player
• High school diploma, certificate or Asc degree
