Key responsibilities:

* Lead Transaction Management team in delivery of client transaction management service through review, negotiation and execution of relevant documentation in relation to e.g. eurobonds, EMTN/ECP programmes (including annual updates), liability management exercises, custody transactions and trusteeships

* Assess and conduct due diligence of transactions prior to allocation to team members

* Manage interpretation of legal points and provide support to team members for business issues

* Provide leadership and guidance to team members through day-to-day coaching, goal-setting and appraisals

* Ensure accurate set up and maintenance of transactions

* Ensure appropriate client/account management coverage including annual reviews

* Ensure all appropriate approvals are in place prior to deal closure including KYC, deal review, trustee etc.

* Ensure team participation in deal review as appropriate

* Ensure billing/legal invoicing is current and accurate

* Ensure accurate creation, verification and action of diary dates in operating system for future events derived from relevant documentation.

* Ensure accurate opening, verification, management and closure as appropriate of cash and custody accounts on and offshore

* Provide support to Issuer Services Sales on new business prospects as required

* Contribute to risk management activities

Skill set:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or good high school eduction
