Job Description
The Adoption Program Manager drives the adoption of tools, capabilities, products and best practices using high standard Program and Change Management tools and techniques to achieve sustainable adoption and tangible results. This is a pivotal and proactive role to transform the working environment of the 18,000 people who make up the ICG development community and the associated ecosystem.
This role will report to the ICG EAP Head of Governance & Adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Cloud migration and sustainable adoption throughout the entire project / program lifecycle from planning to continuous improvement
- Build alignment to the agreed strategy, standard and framework
- Implement a high standard Program Management and Change Management framework (governance tools, planning, RAID, measurement, continuous improvement etc.)
- Define and implement process improvements to maximize adoption
- Manage strategic backlog
- Stakeholder engagement and management at all levels
- Change management and coaching
- Review and control benefits realization across projects / programs
- Coordinate and align reporting and communication
- Plan and deliver projects / programs as per timeframe and requirements
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Metrics governance (definition, measurement and quality control)

Experience
- Experience in defining and implementing high standard program management framework
- Hands-on experience in driving adoption projects / programs for a large organization
- Extensive experience managing transformation projects / programs, driving operational process change and improvements in a technology organization
- Expertise in change management techniques
- Solid practical knowledge of Prince2 and Agile
- Proven track record of delivering high standard and successful implementation
- Experience in delivering projects within a complex financial services environment
- Digital consultancy background a plus
- Solid knowledge of Confluence and JIRA
- Strong experience with data analysis and presentation tools (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)
- Prosci certification a plus
