Primark Fosse Park Store is recruiting a VM Manager

As a Visual Merchandising Manager you will have overall accountability for the visual merchandising look and feel around the store. Leading a team of supervisors and assistants, and working in collaboration with the Store Management team, you will champion all department layouts ensuring they positively impact the customer journey throughout the store.

A strong visual management background and high attention to detail is essential for this role. Not only will you have a creative flair to set trends, but also the commercial mind-set that allows you to interpret data to make strategic decisions on the product and its layout. Your leadership and coaching skills will be essential as will your ability to work with and influence the store management team.
