An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Marketing and Communications team as our in-house videographer and Marketing assistant. We are seeking someone dynamic, innovative, creative and passionate who is willing to push the limits and become a pioneer in creating engaging content.

We have been operating for over 25 years with satisfied customers in over 50 countries. We are the most commonly used library software in New Zealand schools, Australia, UK and the US.

We are passionate about our product and about providing excellent service and support to our customers. Additionally, the company is embarked on a growth strategy to increase market share in the regions where it operates, and on continuing developing new markets such as the US and Canada.

General Responsibilities

•  To work with the Senior Management team, Customer Support team and Sales teams to develop, create, edit, product and manage product based and promotional videos.
• To work with the marketing team to assist with the development and delivery of marketing and communications projects and campaigns.

Specific Responsibilities

Videography

Ongoing development, production and management of Accessit Library training, support and/or promotional videos as may be required e.g. Video Tutorials for use within Accessit Library or by customers on the Support Portal, video content for the eLearning platform (ALeC); and from time to time videos which may be required for sales and marketing e.g. for use on the website, by resellers or at exhibitions.

This involves:

• Using Camtasia, and includes production, editorial and management responsibility for all video assets; for example, editing and final video production and publishing, when video content and voice over is provided; and/or script content and video production including voice over, if required at other times.
• Liaising regularly with support staff to see what’s trending, so that repeat requests to the helpdesk can be steered to new video content on the self-help portal.
• Creating of video content as required for new projects such as new ALeC courses.
• Management of video assets using Vimeo.

Marketing & Communications Assistance

To work with the Marketing Lead and wider marketing team and contribute to market research, marketing strategy and planning and to assist the team with the delivery of marketing campaigns and projects as required.

This may include, but not be limited to:

Participating and/or assisting with:

• Concept and content writing for marketing and communications.
• Google Adword, Facebook or other Digital/Social media campaigns and analytics;
• Website analytics for various campaigns;
• Interviewing customers for Case-Studies or Testimonials and/or video and/or writing Case-Studies or Testimonials.
