About The Role

Location:/ Remote
Duration: 3 months+
Contract: Freelance or 1 day a week contract
Pay: Day rate or competitive salary equivalent.

You love creating and editing videos, passionate about videography and are always keen to learn new industry tricks.

Creative mindset, which brings new ideas and re-invents what already exists. Not scared to push boundaries and brings initiative when managing a brief.

Slick editing skills and detail-oriented while  considering brand and style consistency. Storytelling is your second best skill and you love to transform it through video direction and bringing the story to life on screen.

Bonus: Have a passion for or an understanding of Fintech or Crypto alongside having a passion for  collectables such as Sneakers, Art, Watches, Wine, and Trading cards.

Plus if you have worked on any Web3 or crypto projects, especially with any NFT drops or brand building. 

 

  • Flexible between editing, motion design, and direction depending on the project.
  • Approach each project with clear communication, management of timelines and expectations of outputs and direction.
  • Work with in-house designer and Head of Marketing to achieve clear outputs and expectations of video.
  • Collaborate with any marketing partners and team members to help with  campaigns, social content, website content and more. 
  • Partner with designer and copywriter to support best-in-class creative work.
  • Develop strong relationships with other Freelancers or creatives at Koia, from 3D visualisation renders to location studio videos.

Requirements

 

  • 1+ years of experience at Freelance supporting brands or advertising agencies.
  • Fluent in video best practices across social, web, OOH, and sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft strong marketing material with the ability to lead the process from brief to delivery.
  • Strong portfolio of creative work with a focus on marketing across social, website, and email. 
  • In-depth video experience working in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere
  • Basic knowledge of colour correction & grading, sound design, and animation for titles or text/images.
  • Strong attention to detail, with an editor’s eye before sending checks and final exports.
  • Plus if worked on any NFT design work or animations.
