Our lovely two vet client in Somerset have a vacancy for a veterinary surgeon, happy with some routine small animal surgeries to join them.  Only very basic experience is required as our client is very happy to train and develop incoming vets.  

Practice interests are in:

• Small furies
• Medicine
• Feline medicine
• Surgery

For more experienced vets looking to start or complete any small animal certificates, these will be readily funded by our client.

The practice is a very well equipped, small animal first opinion sites with the type of equipment incoming vets would hope to see:

• Digital X-Ray
• Ultrasound
• Full ops suite
• ECG
• Pulse oximeter
• Blood pressure monitor
• Full in-house lab
• Quality dental equipment
• Ambulance

Our client offer a 4 day week with a share of weekends.  For vets looking for part time, our clients would be open to discussing this.
