We currently have exciting, flexible opportunities for Van Drivers (or ParcelShop drivers as we call them) to join our growing depot team. Full-time and part-time shifts are available to suit you.

What We Can Offer You:

£11.40 per hour , overtime paid at £17.10 per hour (paid after average 44 hours per week)

What You’ll Do:

You’ll deliver and collect parcels on a multi-drop basis to and from our ParcelShop & Smart Locker network, rather than customers’ homes. 

Our drivers start work between 10am and 11am and full-time contracts are 40 hours a week (plus overtime, if required). You’ll be part of a rota working 5 days in 6, Monday to Saturday. Flexible and part-time hours are also available.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

· You’ll need a full UK driving licence with 3.5 Tonne entitlement. Newly-qualified drivers are welcome, however all drivers will need to undertake a short driving assessment which the Hermes team will organise.

· Good communication skills

· A safety-first mindset

· Must be physically fit
