As the User Experience (UX) designer, you will oversee user research, the administering of interviews and surveys of diverse populations, and stakeholder management. Ideal candidates for this role will also be able create the overall functionality of the product and work tirelessly to make incremental improvements to deliver an exceptional user experience. This job is for a creative thinker who enjoys managing projects and facilitating conversations to create the best product.

Major responsibilities:

• Conducting UX Workshops and managing stakeholders
• Use results from user research and workflow analysis to craft strong experiences for users of a product
• Partnering with business users and application developers to translate requirements into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Running usability testing on prototypes or finished products to assess the quality of a user experience
• Crafting tools such as personas, usage scenarios, site maps, taxonomies, and wireframes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience within the UX industry
• Strong knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch
• Comfortable engaging with all stakeholders
• Experience with a financial client is a bonus
• Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
• A portfolio with UX (wireframes/prototypes/other UX artifacts) and visual design work
• Candidates with strong interpersonal skills will do well in this position
