What will you be doing?
We want to make buying and using our business products simple and easy for customers. To make this happen, our products need to be simple, automated and consistent across our digital and assisted channels.
The Contact Centre Product Manager is responsible for defining the vision for the Vodafone Contact Centre products and/or journeys within their remit, across B2B channels. You will actively look at customer and market trends to think about “what’s next†to innovate and be best-in-class in the UK, Europe and beyond. You will lead and collaborate with a cross-functional group to do this. Your strong experience in Enterprise means you will bring a wealth of knowledge to the role, which you can use to constructively challenge the status quo.
You are results driven and will pull together and lead cross-functional groups including IT, Engineering, Customer Operations, Sales and back-office teams to deliver successfully together. You are entrepreneurial and adaptable, but can also deal with process and controls to ensure your deliveres are achieved on time and to budget.
