Tyre Division Manager - Auckland

We are on the hunt for an Experienced Manager who has the capability to manage multiple Tyre/wheel outlets within the Auckland area.

This role will see you managing branches and staff in Central, West and South Auckland.

We need a proven professional with a proactive approach and can-do attitude. These branches are an integral part of the wider franchise group, maintaining a very lucrative turnover and providing excellent customer service.

This position is a key role within the group of companies and reports to the higher management, your automotive knowledge and commitment will be called upon to drive sales, build on their success and enhance profitability.

Skills and requirements for the role

• Previous managerial experience
• In-depth knowledge of the tyre and wheel industry
• Hands on knowledge of fitment and wheel alignment
• Acute business sense
• Knowledge of dealing with distributors and stock control
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage and build a strong team environment
• Have exceptional wheel and Tyre sales experience
• Understand dealer management systems and have good attention to detail
• Full NZ driving Licence
• Lead by example and have energy to burn

The role will see you working out of the central branch, whilst managing the teams and group branches with regular visits.

You will need to have a good understanding of stock control, wheel alignments, consignment orders and a hands-on, can-do attitude.
