Why is this role key to our business?

You will be responsible for the planning, recruitment and execution of all trials across the group of companies. The Trials Manager will lead the coordination of product and service trials (concept and established technology trials) as a shared service for TalkTalk group.

How will I add value in this role?

• Work with key stakeholders across the business to support and execute trials in conjunction with the TalkTalk Group trial roadmap and the Change Framework.
• Responsible for the day to day management of the Trial and Trialists. This consisting of internal and external customers who have agreed to take part in Trials.
• Become the focal point of contact to the business for the Trials service/system or change.
• Ensure all Trials are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Lead on trial objectives and ensure these are in place and being tracked through regular updates with key stakeholders.
• Adhere to Trial processes and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency where possible.
• Ensure the Trial scope involves key processes, scenarios, customer and agent experience and system/ product performance where applicable.
• Effectively communicate with all relevant departments in order to drive high level of engagement and support.
• Develop new and existing customer relationships, driving high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will need to have:

• Proven Project Manager or Trial Manager experience - defining objectives and expected outputs with key stakeholders.
• Experience creating and maintaining trial documentation in compliance with audit standards.
• Managing and Delivering strategy and gaining sign off.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience presenting to varying stakeholders.

Be great to have:

• Good telecoms awareness.
• Working in an Agile environment.
• PRINCE2.
• Experience with iGrafx processes.
• Marketing or Data Analytics background.
