Duties and Responsibilities:

Cash forecasting, cash management and overall treasury management of the group

Manage foreign currency exposure and payments

Anticipate borrowing needs and available funds for investment, ensuring a risk-based approach to maximizing returns

Assisting in preparation of group budgets and create long-term projections based on business requirements and upcoming capital projects

Ensure sufficient funds are available to cover operational and capital investment needs

Preparing management, board, and investor reports/statements within tight reporting deadlines

Development of all treasury related policies, processes, and procedures

Compliance with relevant accounting practices and providing support for the annual audit

Liaising with external advisors, Bankers and consultants

Engaging with non-finance managers to improve information and data flows

Extensive stakeholder management across the business

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience and Education:

3 years’ experience in a broad full function Treasurer role required.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or economics required.

CA, CPA, CFA, CTP (or equivalent) qualification desired.

Advanced MS Excel/MS Office/BI tool skills required.

Extensive experience with multi-jurisdictional treasury management required.

Solid understanding of treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cashflow and various financial instruments

Strong understanding of financial markets, financial instruments, debt & equity instruments

Ability to work autonomously and be part of the broader team

Ability to partner with senior stakeholders.

Exceptional time management and communication skills required.

Strong attention to detail required.

Experience in Technology/SaaS industry highly regarded.

Experience in high growth businesses highly regarded.

Experience with Oracle NetSuite highly regarded.
