Job Description

Responsibilities:
· Oversight and administration of the client’s travel approval and online booking tool (Concur Request & Travel)

  • Develops and maintains internal travel website adapts documentation based on the client's changing requirements.
  • Interfaces regularly with travel arrangers and ensures relevant parties are appropriately trained on polices and processes.
  • Assists travelers with questions and issues with Concur for travel approval, booking and travel expense reporting and provide regular training to users as necessary on systems, tools and processes
  • Liaises proactively with the Travel Management company and Concur as needed with questions and concerns regarding traveler issues and program issues
  • Manages the day-to-day activities and policy exceptions from the Travel Arrangers & travel agents
  • Assign request, travel or expense delegates/delegate approver

· Expense inquiries (credit card linkage to profile, charges not showing up, expense report assistance)
· Employee Profile Maintenance

· Access to Concur Mobile (hotel booking only) for new hires/service techs

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of the business travel industry an asset
  • Knowledge of travel systems GDS, Online Booking Tools (Concur Travel, Request and Expense) an asset
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, project management and problem solving skills
  • Strong PC skills; data manipulation as well as Web navigation to gather market data; Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Team player, in a fast-paced environment; comfortable interfacing with cross-functional groups
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to work independently
