Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Transport Solutions Analyst to join our Supply Chain Solutions division based in Chullora, NSW. This position will be instrumental in assisting the preparation of new business proposals and analysis of existing contracts by utilising commercial models and optimisation tools. 

As the Transport Solutions Analyst, you will:

• Assist in the analysis, design, and development of transport solutions for the purpose of new business development, defence of existing contracts and business improvement projects.
• Analyse data and develop transport design models with the assistance of Transport Optimisation Software to identify improvements in logistics efficiency and service.
• Liaise closely with all stakeholders and build Commercial Models to support projects, considering risks and Toll’s required hurdle rates.   
• Provide advice around, optimal fleet sizes, optimised routing and key performance indicators.
• Maintain strong relationships with business units and work in close collaboration with all layers of the organisation providing support & high-end analysis. 
• Prepare presentations of project findings for customers and Toll business units.

Qualifications

 To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a commercial / operational role within a transport environment.
• Finance background preferred to support commercial modelling.
• The ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges
• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and relationship development
• A customer-centric and holistic approach
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
