We are looking for an experienced Transport Operations Supervisor to join our Global Logistics – Resources Division based in Spotswood. Working roster will be 7 days on, 7 days off, 7 nights on, 7 nights off and 12 hours rotating shifts.
As the Transport Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the evening activities of Toll drivers and ensure KPI’s are met. The Supervisor will perform regular audits and nightly checks to ensure safety is paramount, along with a focus on cost-effectiveness and time efficiency. Additionally, you will promote a positive, safety focused and inclusive team culture.
