Job Description

We are looking for a Transport Allocator to join our Global Logistics Division based in Penfield working with our customer Treasury Wine Estates. Working afternoon shift Monday to Friday, your role is essential in meeting customer requirements through efficient transport planning and scheduling. 

As the Transport Allocator, you will:

• Schedule fleet in accordance with customer requirements.
• Communicate professionally with our customers and drivers regularly.
• Maintain data integrity including KPI entry, allocations, and general administration.
• Report any hazard, near miss/hit, injury or incident immediately and assist with any investigation when requested.
• Conduct and participate in training as per regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, it is essential that you possess:

• Previous working experience within the transport/logistics industry.
• MC Licence - desirable 
• High attention to detail regarding data entry on Excel.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and unsupervised.
• The capability to identify and resolve service problems.
