What will you be doing?

• Dealing with telephone enquiries and resolving any driver queries and issues
• Dealing with emails enquires from Customer Services
• Sending any tickets requested by Brokers/Customer Services
• Escalate Service issues via Salesforce
• Assist the Transport Manager with tachograph compliance
• Using in house computer systems, training will be given

• Good level of education
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Ability to develop professional working relationships at all levels
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
