The Bonalbo Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team in a Transition to Practice (Multi Purpose Service) Program. This is a structured program that assists the development of skills, competency and leadership qualities of the 1st or 2nd year graduate Registered Nurse into Emergency Department, Acute Care and Residential Aged Care, Multi Purpose Service (MPS) nursing.

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality person-centred nursing care in accordance with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia Standards for Practice for Registered Nurses, and the Policies and Procedures of the MoH and NNSWLHD.

If you have/are:

• Current registration with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
• Successful completion of a Recognised 1st year Post Graduate Program.
• Knowledge and understanding of person-centred care, evidenced based practice and quality improvement
• Ability to use problem solving skills and a multidisciplinary team approach in the planning, delivery and coordination of patient care
