The role:
To successfully drive strategic projects or key work streams in major transformation projects across and within chapters/tribes, coordinating cross-functional teams and providing strategic advice. These projects represent the most significant strategic imperatives and sources of profitable growth for the company, which are often outside the ‘day job’ and which require additional resources to help think bigger, faster and sooner, and to effectively execute.
How will I deliver that?
• Structure problems and define the plans of action to solve them
• Conduct workshops, key pieces of analysis and extract key insights
• Influence and support key stakeholders to deliver impactful change
• Inject strategic and innovative thinking into the issues that the business faces
• Drive key projects or key work streams in major projects including aligning on scope, approach, key outcomes
• Development and delivery of capability building focused training materials
• Coaching junior team members
About me:
• 2-3yrs experience in transformation focused consulting roles or corporate transformation team, with additional industry experience viewed favourably as with experience working in an Agile operating model
• Demonstrated deep experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks, project and transformation-focused change management
• Superb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly effective influencing skills in order to manage multiple stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organisation
• Demonstrated experience delivering high impact workshops to drive clear outcomes, especially ideation and prioritisation
• Effective analytics and quantitative modelling
• Consumer market experience and retail experience is an advantage
