Job Responsibility

Transformation Manager 
Location: : Global - (UK/Spain/Italy/Germany/Turkey) 

Digital & IT is a newly emerging function within Technology that will be critical to this transformation on a global level. Within this newly created function, a new domain called Lean Portfolio Management & Transformation (LPM&T) has been established with the following mission:
•    We are the trusted Enablers of the Business, ensuring that the delivery roadmap of demand will be aligned with the Tech 2025 Strategy and our new Product Operating Model via managing demand, capacity and performance.
•    We are the drivers for increasing our delivery efficiency by providing data-based business insights and focusing on the re-usability and standardisation across all markets, also by involving our IT partners. 
•    We are role modelling the agile ways of working and implementing the SAFe methodology within Digital & IT by setting up an overarching LACE Structure. 

Role purpose
The Transformation Manager is accountable for driving the Agile transformation across Digital & IT in full alignment with all LPM&T functions; this includes creating, managing and driving the transformation roadmap across all domains within Digital & IT and across the local markets (EU4 and EU Cluster) with the objective to increase business agility and maturity as well as identifying and coordinating areas for continuous improvement to drive up over-all business performance. In this role, you will work in an Agile environment with a high degree of collaboration with the Lean Agile Centre of Excellence at central level (Hub) and with the local-market spokes and relevant stakeholders. 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership 

•    Structuring and leading the SAFe implementation across Digital & IT both at central level and across the local markets with the aim to deliver value faster, increase business agility and maturity 
o    Define the transformational programme roadmap to implement Agile ways of working across Digital & IT both across the domains including VO_IS and the local markets
o    Coordinate agile training and coaching across Digital & IT in tight alignment with the Lean Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE)
o    Set-up and maintain information Hub on agile ways of working for Digital & IT in close alignment with the Digital & IT  LACE and Enterprise LACE and L&D
•    Create Business Change Plan for implementation of change across people, process, tools and culture and enable Agile Business Change adoption 
o    Lead and manage the communication process across LPM&T within Digital & IT
o    Establish network of Change Ambassadors across Digital & IT
o    Ensure that local-market leadership teams are fully empowered to lead the change locally in close alignment with the LMP&T at central level
o    Track success of change management plan and advise on enhancements and adjustments of the plan
o    Provide plan on how to manage multitude of stakeholders of the LPM&T function most effectively
•    Create and provide access to playbooks on agile ways of working for the Digital & IT domain in close collaboration with LACE and Agile Portfolio Operations
•    Drive the evolution of the Agile Operating Model for Digital & IT and track progress in close collaboration with agile portfolio operations and LACE
