With us you will deliver the profitability of the Cluster and Category, by working effectively with Product Development & Technology. Along with being responsible for the line management for the Trading team, you will help drive the creation and communication of the Category strategy with the Head of Trading.
Not only will you work cross functionally with senior partners the across the business and externally in driving ways of working. You will also work with Product Development and Technology teams in ensuring alignment across the supply base, innovation and NPD strategy
By translating the M&S Food strategy you will lead on range, promotional strategy and central policy, developing and delivering a strong implementation plan and framework for the Category.
