Join us as Trading Delivery Manager for Treasury Markets

• Working in our Treasury Markets Front Office, you’ll implement strategic initiatives and monitor the ongoing financial performance of our business
• Treasury Markets is the trading arm of the Treasury function, for the ring fenced bank and subsidiaries

What you'll do

As a Trading Delivery Manager, your role will have two key areas of focus: implementing strategic initiatives across Treasury Markets and reporting, monitoring and providing commentary on its ongoing financial performance. You'll also be part of the Treasury Markets leadership team.

You’ll do this by:

• Coordinating Treasury Markets strategic objectives
• Representing Treasury Markets at various operational and governance committees
• Designing and delivering the metrics to measure Treasury Markets’ financial performance
• Producing MI that details Treasury Markets’ ongoing financial performance and presenting this back to your stakeholders,up to senior management level
• Owning a number of front office policies and liaising with our support colleagues to assess regulatory change, including MiFiD, prudential, Brexit and post-Brexit regulatory changes

The skills you'll need

We want you to achieve your potential in this role, which is why we’re looking for someone with proven experience of leading and delivering change. You’ll need front-to-back knowledge of the lifecycle of Markets products, including derivatives and you’ll be familiar with the regulations that apply to them too.

You’ll also demonstrate:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Great stakeholder management skills across all levels
• Excellent analytical skills, including the compilation, analysis and presentation of data and MI
• A commercial mindset and approach to delivery
