The role involves working for two companies: a tourism venture and an IT custom software development company.

Tasks in overview include:

• Arranging tours, which involve dealing with customers and suppliers.
• Marketing including social media posting and responding.
• Phone answering.
• Organising a festival, which includes many aspects as the festival is outdoors, has entertainers, provides high tea and has independent food vendors. The festival runs for several days.
• Entering accounts data for both companies. No detailed accounting knowledge is required as instruction will be given.

There is much to learn and, so, we need someone who is a fast learner, versatile, has good computer skills, has strong written English and is good with people.

You will work closely with the management of the company.
