Haka Educational Tours is part of the award-winning Haka Tourism Group. We are a fast-growing, innovative, and progressive tourism company with big, exciting plans for the future! Our mission is to broaden young minds through real-life travel experiences. We achieve this mission by delivering high-impact education and sports tours for schools, universities, and sports teams globally.
Haka head office is based in Newmarket, Auckland but this role could be based on a remote basis preferably Auckland, or Northland, other locations may be considered.
THE ROLE
We have an exciting new role for an A-player in our small high-performing team. The Tour Experience Coordinator will help us continue to provide world-class experiences to our groups by ensuring we deliver exceptional tour safety and customer service. This role will also support the sales team to create a seamless customer journey.
