Theatre Porter | Mount Stuart Hospital | Bank Contract

We are looking for an even tempered, hard working, adaptable person to join our theatre team as a porter on a bank contract.

The role

• Support the theatre team with the transporting of patients to and from theatres

• Ordering and changing of gas as required

• Removal of clinical and general waste

• Cleaning of theatres at close of day

Qualifications/Key Selection Criteria

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

• Good written & communication skills

• Basic computer skills

• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business

• Demonstrated customer service skills

• Experience of working in a health care environment

• Positivity & even temperedness in the workplace

• Demonstrates honesty & integrity
