We are a seven year old company baking the best seeded gluten-free bread in Aotearoa, the Freedom Loaf. We’re all about delicious wholesome food and doing things sustainably.  Our bakery is a small operation based at 218 Dominion Road, Mt Eden. We're a team of five who make and supply our products to award winning cafes, restaurants and speciality stores across TÄmaki Makaurau and Aotearoa.Â
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
In addition to your hourly living wage, all your breaks are paid.Â
You'll be working at least 15 hours per week across two shifts. Â We need someone on a Monday but your second shift could be on either a Tuesday or Wednesday. Â The shift hours are generally from 8:00am - 3:30pm, but if you're an early bird, you'd be most welcome to start and finish earlier (one person used to start at 5am!). Also, if you needed slightly more hours, we'd be happy to discuss an additional shift. Â
Ideally you can start in early June to allow for training and handover with our departing baker. Â If you'd like to start sooner or later than that, we can discuss this. The latest we need someone by however, is the 16th of June.Â
