Vodafone is now looking for a Quality Assurance Lead. As the QA Lead, you will be responsible for defining the overall testing strategy of the different development streams across the Gigahub programme. This includes functional and technical analysis and understanding of the integration points as well as close interaction with development, deployment and testing teams. 
Gigahub is an initiative to simplify and deliver a superior experience for our home/fix users by delivering a new range of in-house developed CPEs and a Connected home application.

You will be accountable for coordinating testing activities across the different teams as well as supporting crowd tests and user trials. As the QA Lead you will work in an agile and collaborative environment and will be responsible for ensuring consistent test results and cycle progress reporting across the full testing landscape including regular senior management updates. You will ensure efficient and automated QA processes can be applied across different product squads and external suppliers in a holistic approach by establishing and maintaining close collaboration with the local markets, cyber security and other supporting technology relevant functions. Finally, you will ensure consistent release management across dynamic and multiple development release cycles and teams.

Apply if you have:
-    Experience in QA, ideally within a Telco environment
-    Deep knowledge of software development and deployment processes and methodologies with special focus on QA and test automation
-    Experience with testing environments, a good understanding of the fixed and mobile industry is beneficial
-    Self-motivated individual with good organisational, influencing, interpersonal and communication skills
