Our established client in Edmonton is currently seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join their dynamic team for a contract role.

As the Front Desk Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Mail receiving and distribution
  • Coordinate/code courier shipments
  • Help with billing
  • Scan and organize files
  • Performing data entry
  • Create flyers and catalogs
  • Order catering
  • Ad hoc duties as requested

  • 1+ years of reception experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
