First Security is at the frontline of New Zealand's Security, our staff are providing around the clock security services at managed isolation facilities across Auckland

We currently have a part-time vacancy (5 weeks initially but can be extended to longer) based at our Mt Wellington, Head Office. The successful candidate will be providing  support to our Compliance team and will be responsible for:  

• Assisting new employees with their training
• Maintain an accurate database of employees' documentation 
• Providing support to the Compliance team with administrative tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be responding to queries and assisting new employees

You will be experienced in a similar type of role with a good sense of humour and an ability to flex with the demands of a reactive service industry.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task
• Nous to work well within team environment and independently
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer focus and can-do attitude
• Detail-orientated
• Good IT skills must have knowledge and experience of MSExcel
