Job Description

Register your interest for various Personal Assistant, Customer Services, Administration, Reception and Warehouse Assistant positions.  

The Roles:

Our clients are based from Penrose to Manukau & East Auckland.

We have a variety of temp positions (some which may go Permanent) with both ongoing and short term assignments on offer.

Hourly rate is job dependent between $25.00-$35.00 per hour with flexibility for more specialised roles.

The ideal person will have: 

  • Background in Office Administration, Personal Assistant, Secretarial and Administration
  • Great Customer Service
  • Possess strong attention to detail
  • An ability to manage a number of tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and good typing or data entry
  • Experience in administration or similar is preferred
