Our client is working with a medical device company based in Mount Wellington who is looking for a scheduling coordinator to join them on a temporary basis for approx. 6 months with the possibility to extend.
What will you be doing?
In this role you will be working closely with the repairs team in their workshop.
As the first point of contact the Scheduling Co-Ordinator will be taking calls and responding to emails around organising the repair of medical equipment, updating databases and inventory levels, and processing paperwork.
This is a varied and fast paced role and a great opportunity to work with a dedicated team and a company that has great values.
