Job Description

Our client has a temporary Customer Service Coordinator position starting ASAP for approximately 2 months while they recruit for a permanent position.

• Work for a company in the healthcare sector
• Full training will be provided
• Hourly rate is $25ph
• Based in Albany - minimal parking but close to public transport

Working hours will be Thursday to Monday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM

About the role:

• Taking inbound calls & enquiries to help reduce call waiting times
• Triaging and responding to emails and managing the inbound inbox
• Escalating calls to the correct person or department if need be

What are they looking for:

• Ideally you will have worked in a call centre environment and have experience dealing with a high volume of inbound calls
• Have experience working in an environment coordinating or triaging out work
• You will be proactive and be able to use your initiative in the role
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (due to working in the healthcare sector)
