Job Description

We are looking for a Telematics & Fleet Monitoring Administrator to join our Fleet Management team.  Your strong understanding of technology with a desire to learn will hold you in high steed.

As the Telematics & Fleet Monitoring Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Toll’s fleet monitoring and telematics solutions.  On the job training will be provided so that you will be across all aspects of this role.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement day-to-day fleet monitoring and telematic solutions
• Support operations and business units to ensure optimum usage of systems
• Ensure maximum uptime and usage of telematics equipment
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand operational and business requirements
• Development of processes and procedures
• Provide high level of internal customer support

Qualifications

To be successful for this role, you will need:

• Interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Logistics or E.R.P. administration task experience is an advantage
• Experience and working knowledge of heavy vehicles and operations is an advantage
• Drive and motivation
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication
• High level of professionalism
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Advanced MS Office Suite skills with exceptional excel skills
