Our Offer

• Living Wage - $22.75 - $25 p/hour

What we are looking for

Other than being awesome, you’ll need to be warm, engaging, empathetic and have a persuasive phone manner. Self-discipline and a distraction-free environment are a must.

The ideal candidate:

• Very clear and concise verbal communication – speak English fluently
• Confidence approaching people for charitable donations
• Resilience – ability to handle refusals for donations
• Reliability
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work to targets
• Modern laptop/computer using Windows and USB Headset with microphone
• Data entry skills - Excel or other spreadsheet basics.
