Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in webcasting or a live, in-person audio/video production environment.
- Experience with control room management, including livestreams switchers (e.g. StreamYard, vMix).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with SQL, and Adobe Suite of Applications (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Professional experience in digital and/or video production.
- Proven team player dedicated to collective success with the ability to develop and maintain highly collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

The Partner Experiences team designs and deliver impactful virtual and in-person experiences at scale to YouTube partners, that drive positive partner sentiment, support platform and creator growth, and align with YouTube business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research/outline requirements for technology and solutions that allow Partner Experiences to deliver education experiences at scale.
- Own and maintain vendor/partner relationships with existing platforms and solutions (virtual event platforms, resource booking, video production).
- Partner with Google teams designing similar external tools and technologies, and ensure a seamless integration with YouTube internal reporting tools.
- Create and train teams on sustainable and digestible processes that allow Partner Experiences to deploy our technical solutions effectively and smoothly.
- Collaborate with counterparts in other regions to ensure a globally aligned and efficient strategy.
