Job Summary:
The Cloud service delivery team is responsible for managing service delivery support for the Cloud Security Engineering and DevSecOps teams. The Cloud Security team is designed to protect Citi cloud deployments from loss of confidentiality, integrity, and availability by designing and leveraging detection & monitoring, security engineering, identity and access management & vulnerability assessments. The Service Manager will provide audit support, risk and control oversight, project and program oversight, customer relationship management and demand management. This job also oversees complex activities or tasks which may include business requirements gathering, internal and regulatory reporting, maintenance of documentation, and integration of Cloud security processes into global operational models. This role also requires frequent verbal and written communications with senior Information Security management and key business stakeholders. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.

Job Description:
• Relationship Management:  Act as central point of contact for all Citi business sectors, engineering, 3rd party vendors, and senior executive business and technology management to coordinate and/or in support of (but not limited to) strategic planning, client/business interactions and escalations, technology implementations and migrations, issue resolutions, incident/problem management representation.  Provide a “white glove” type service to critical customers.
• Project Support:  Design and drive large, complex projects to meet client, IS, and regulatory requirements.
• Financial and Vendor Management:  General oversight of the P&L budget and contracts.
• Risk, Controls and Compliance:  Serve as representative to internal audit, external auditors and regulatory examiners on behalf of the area as well as responsible for oversight of the internal control environment.
• Monitoring and Reporting:  Creation and management of MIS reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on operational performance, productivity and IS capabilities.
• Management Support:  Provide management support to the Cloud & DevSecOps Senior Leaders. Educate and advise business and technical leaders on the development, delivery and management of cloud security solutions.  

Qualifications:
• Cloud experience or certifications a plus
• 5+ years’ Experience in a Business Analyst, Technology Operations, Business Operations, Audit/Risk Management or Project Management role is required. 
• General knowledge/experience in one or more of the following Information Security (IS) technology frameworks is preferred (in-depth knowledge is a plus):  ITIL Service Management and/or COBIT Frameworks, Authentication/Security Products  or application, networks, network security products, and common architectures that deliver high performance and resilient solutions (such as systematic trading environments). 
• Computer Engineering/Science Degree or related degrees, is required and MBA is a plus. 
• CISA and/or CISSP certified, or related certifications highly preferred.
• Foundational understanding of Information Security and/or Cyber Security operations
• Proficiency with all MS Office Products (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Knowledge/Experience with reporting tools like Cognos is a Plus
• Must be a motivated self-starter, strong presenter/communicator and pay attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and deliver under tight timelines

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
