Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced digital marketing specialist, with a focus on integrated campaign experience. This role will help develop creative campaigns that drive awareness, promote event registrations, and contact acquisition for the global Small and Medium Business Marketing team at AWS.
You will be part of the AWS Small and Medium Business Marketing team that is redefining how we bring the benefits of cloud to business of all sizes. In this role you will work closely with our regional and local marketing teams. You will effectively develop the campaign through multiple digital channels including website creation, campaign landing pages, email, social media, online advertising, graphic design, data analytics, and more.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple high-profile marketing projects simultaneously. This key team member should have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to design digital assets and write compelling campaign copy. In addition, the role requires the ability to analyze campaign effectiveness, modify campaigns based on conclusions, and clearly articulate results to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
· Design customer journeys across all digital channels
· Set up performance reporting and analysis
· Forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics to internal stakeholders. Plus, continually monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize conversions.
· Designs, build and optimizes landing pages, webpages, email programs
· Drives and makes recommendations regarding how to most effectively engage customers within digital channels (e.g. cadence, frequency, etc.)
· Implements the targeting and customer segmentation for digital campaigns
· Innovates on the design of landing pages and emails from look/feel, to content flow, to user experience
· Manages the maintenance of a library of assets and campaigns including asset hierarchy, asset management, etc.
· Helps support localization processes for the campaign, including supporting Localization and Activation Managers with campaign localization and adaptation requirements for the Geographies
· Collaborates with the internal Digital Marketing Team, Campaign Managers, in-region Field Marketing teams, Product Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to create customer obsessed experiences for AWS customers
· Use qualitative and quantitative data to garner insights.
· Setup and perform A/B tests in Adobe Experience Manager to optimize customer experience.
· Design landing pages based on test and UX study results.
· Hands-on experience building, launching, and reporting marketo programs, website pages and creative banner production
·Extensive experience building and formatting web pages, templates, and email programs
· Marketo Expert (MCE) qualification
· Adobe CQ or equivalent CMS build experience
· Adobe Analytics
· Illustrator, Photoshop
· Self-starter personality with a passion to continually learn and expand hands-on technical skills ·
· Ability to work independently and autonomously drive to learn new tools and programs ·
· Solid quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills - comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations and drive decisions ·
· Proven experience building test and learn plans that continuously improve engagement · Demonstrable experience finding ways to drive operational efficiency ·
· Highly collaborative and has experience working cross-functionally and gathering requirements across teams
· Expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and has great attention to detail
· Experience with B2B , specifically high-tech products/services
· Adobe EM, HTML, and CSS coding experience
