Your new company is a medium to large sized organisation in the public sector experiencing rapid growth, they are one of the largest employers in their district and are located in a very desirable location being a 20 minutes’ drive north of Christchurch. This company has become an ‘employer of choice’ where employees can develop in a professional sense and have fun achieving their career goals. They are currently in need of a savvy and motivated Technical Business Analyst to join their team on a 24-month fixed term contract

Your new role

You will be apart of the project management delivery team involving the entire lifecycle of an exciting IT ERP replacement project. You will be a trusted advisor in all stages and aspects of project delivery, engaging with stakeholders to capture the business and technical requirements ensuring a smooth transition that meets the organisational goals. You will also be facilitating discussion with internal customers to ensure these requirements are captured, documented and transformed into accurate functional requirements for the developers.

What you'll need to succeed

• A relevant qualification in Business Analysis or in Project Management
• 2-5 years working experience
• Advantageous if you have experience working with ERP software including Technology One, GIS, Business Intelligence, Microsoft teams, Jira and e-services
• In-depth understanding of how to implement IT systems
