Job Description

The Microsoft Technology Center (MTC) is a state-of-the-art facility with a vision to empower digital transformation and business outcomes for strategic customers through immersive experiences and deep technical cross solution engagements​. At MTC in Bengaluru, we are looking for an individual who brings in deep technical expertise in the area of ‘Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement’, 'Power Plaform' and functional experience is architecting and designing business solutions in helping customers move to agile, cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

As an MTC Technical Architect, you will:

 

Inspire CxOs and Technical and Business Decision Makers on what they could achieve by using the right set of innovative technology

You will lead technical briefings, workshops, architecture design sessions, proofs, and pilots to explain, demonstrate, and prove to our largest customers the capabilities of Microsoft's products and services, and how we can make their businesses more successful.

You will lead to clear technical, competitive and security blockers to accelerate D365 sales and customer usage.

You will help win over the technical decision at customers for sales opportunities and usage scenarios, through tailoring your message, bringing ideas to customers, engaging with them to show our technology differentiation, and guiding them in decision making.

You will work with partners and others at Microsoft, as well as use our core tools, social connection tools, and AI driven data to extend your reach and the reach of your team, focusing on satisfying important customer needs

 

Influence strategic deals through the delivery of high-impact MTC experiences

Explain, demonstrate, and prove in-depth what Microsoft’s products and services can do and how to enable and manage them for our strategic and enterprise customers.

Help address outstanding technical issues and to drive the customer’s solution and the sales opportunity toward a successful conclusion.

Influence technical decision within opportunities to accelerate the win of complex solutions on our Platform integrated in the environment of the customer

Qualifications

This position requires deep technical & functional expertise, particularly as a hands-on-architect, as well as possess breadth of experience in the following areas:

Technical

A strong background in Microsoft technologies, and experience designing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Azure, and Power Platform solutions 

D365 CE solutions are Customer Insights, Sales, Service, Commerce & Marketing. We'd be looking for a candidate with maximum coverage. 

Ability to leverage the power of various Azure components (e.g., Logic Apps and Azure Functions) to create solutions on Dynamics 365 CE solutions 

Experience in designing integrated solutions using Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 CE solutions, Azure & Office 365 

Exposure to use cases where Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement are extended & enhanced using PowerApps model and canvas driven apps including the use of Dataverse as a data source (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) 

Understanding of Dynamics 365 Accelerators and ISV solutions including Healthcare, Financial Services and Not for Profit 

 Functional

Understanding of customer engagement software implementation project life cycles and methodologies 

Understanding of CE Solutions market landscape in India. Aware of key differentiators between Microsoft CE solutions and, Salesforce, CRMNext, Adobe etc. 

Understanding of functional process in Marketing Automation, Sales, Customer Service, Connected Field Services and / or Project Services Automation and xRM solution

Have demonstrated experience and competency in customer facilitation and collaboration

Superior presentation skills and experience engaging with senior level executives

Can communicate complex concepts in a simple, business value context

Be a self-starter who takes ownership of opportunities; works independently, manages multiple simultaneous projects, and deals well with ambiguity and last-minute changes

Have the ability and passion necessary to maintain technical excellence with emerging technologies, including competitive technologies, while continuing to manage customer opportunities

A commitment to customer and partner satisfaction, including internal customers, strong listening, communication and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive team environment

Must have a proven record of delivering business value

Consummate Professional

Experience. 12+ years of related experience in Solution Architecture, technical pre-sales and/or technical consulting roles. Mandatory

Industry Certifications/accreditations in ‘Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform’ is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
