This is a unique opportunity for a Tech Architect to work remotely for one of the world’s largest media companies that reaches more than 200 million consumers worldwide, operates in 14 countries and has almost 15,000 employees. You’d report directly to the CTO and would join a small but growing product focussed tech department leading the digital and cultural transformation of the business. 

As Tech Architect, you’d be given the opportunity to lead on future digital platforms, managing their strategic architecture and enabling reusable API driven capabilities by designing, and overseeing the implementation of the platforms alongside related approaches, tools and technologies. This is a highly visible role that requires a mix of technical acumen and team leadership skills, so we’re looking for someone creative, inquisitive, and be comfortable challenging the status quo. 

This is not a role for an ivory tower architect, to be successful you’ll need to work alongside Software Engineers and Site Reliability Engineers as a mentor, instructor, and peer.
