Our Waitane team, in Gore, Southland are looking for enthusiastic new team members to join us and start their career in meat processing industry.

We are looking for motivated people who simply want to give meat processing a go and we can guarantee you it's not like you think it might be! You might be experienced already (brilliant!) or have no experience at all which is fine, as we provide all the training plus your work clothes and your safety equipment.

We offer a plant tour as part of our interview so you can come and have a look around.

At Waitane we process lamb and calves. Our lamb season runs from mid-November - early June with day shifts starting at 6.

00am & 6.30am. Our calf season runs from late July - late October and we have 2 shifts from 6.00am and 12.00pm. Season length can vary.
