You will be joining our team in the Albany Stadium Pool Centre whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active.
You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Support Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.
Working as a Customer Support Representative, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone.
You will find that no day is the same!
We currently have a permanent part-time position available.
Shifts for this role are :
Tuesday 15 : 30-19 : 30 (4hrs)
Wednesday 14 : 30-19 : 30 (4.5hrs)
Sunday 10 : 00-18 : 30 (8hrs)

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as an ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customer needs.
Your outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.
